Annual Report - CDI

In 2024, my company helped pioneer the Santa Cruz County Community Development and Infrastructure Department's first Annual Report - in 2025, we helped develop the report even further. For this year, we increased the page count from 28 pages to 40 pages, capturing all the important milestones the department had reached over the year. In the wake of damage from extreme storms over the previous year, highlighting the important repair, recovery, and development work done is crucial to maintaining funding, morale, and transparency.
