Annual Report - CDI

In 2024, my company helped pioneer the Santa Cruz County Community Development and Infrastructure Department's first Annual Report - in 2025, we helped develop the report even further. For the 2025 report (summarizing the 2024 year), we increased the page count from 28 pages to 40 pages, capturing all the important milestones the department had reached over the year. The much larger report was also required in the same amount of production time as the previous year. This made the main challenge for my partner designer and I maintaining clear communication about what information was missing and what areas of the report needed review so we could remain on-time.

In the wake of damage from extreme storms over the previous year, highlighting the important repair, recovery, and development work done is crucial to maintaining funding, team morale, and transparency. The report was well received by CDI and secured a renewed contract with increased funding for my team.
