Santa Cruz County Health Services Agency Website Redesign

The Santa Cruz County Health Services Agency requested a website redesign for a site they feared was extremely outdated. Dating back to the early 2000s, the collection of information was difficult to navigate and failed to meet vital ADA compliance standards. To fix this, my company worked together to create a new informational hierarchy, draft updated webpage content, and create a new website model page-by-page in Figma. We then passed off production to our client's IT department to develop the design that we had created. The new redesign was clean and easy to navigate, making it well-loved by the entire County! Afterwards, our design was implemented across the rest of the County's websites (with slight changes per each department), creating a unified look across all of them.
